It’s getting tough to stay on-top of all the media mentions for the Jefferson1, but here are some of the most recent:
- The Dance, Dance Revolution will be televised afterall, by Julian Sanchez at ars technica.
- Illegal TJ Rave Busted, by Svetlana at Brightest Young Thing.
- Happy Birthday, Thomas Jefferson, by R.J. Lehmann at The American Spectator.
- There’s even a post from Craigslist’s Rants and Raves section for DC.
Word on the street is that the Washington Post is starting to interview folks who witnessed the incident.
Is there a Cafepress t-shirt yet?
Also, I’m sure it would draw fire from Apple, but I think there needs to be a version of the FtJ1 logo with little white headphones added.

Why aren’t more people outraged over this? I’ve seen it pop up on a number of forums and most people are of the mind “Oh those young hooligans creating disturbances” ever ignorant of the fact this was done at MIDNIGHT to AVOID all of that “disturbance” crap. As I’ve seen someone else say, would you guys really be planning on creating a disturbance when there was BEER to be had directly afterwords? I’m pretty sure being arrested wasn’t on the list of things to do.
I’m saddened by the lack of positive response and media coverage on this
